"Muscle Wizard" Jack Castor awoke one day attuned to greater callings. H'nnoyeah. And on that day he climbed from that bed that kept him down for so many years and he began his new daily routine to exercise every Muscle in his body h'nnoyeah.

Born the son of a miller Jack welcome early mornings as a challenge to his sleep muscles. He beat grain into flower, drop kicked the corn, and wrestled the wheat field into submission every day. Every day he worked, every day he worked harder, smarter, faster. Jack Castor was building the kind of muscle fibre you only see on wild animals. After years of strength training Jack finally understood the only muscle he hadn't worked out was his brain. And so he devoted his mornings to field smack-down and his evenings to choke-holding books.
